just had the cylinder changed on my apartment door lock because my former super was recently arrested for using duplicate keys to break into apartments. Creepy, right? I went with Reisterstown Locksmith Store after seeing all these positive Online reviews, and it was such a positive experience I feel like I have to chime in and give him five stars too. Shon was right on time for our appointment, worked quickly, did the whole thing for exactly what he quoted me, and it turns out he got his dog from the same rescue place where I got my cat! I guess that last part doesn't really reflect on his locksmithing skills, but he was super-nice. If I ever need a locksmith again, no question about who I'll call.

AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes.
