It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in Sacramento, CA , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called <Company Nmae> and Ben showed up in a half hour (I'm not joking - we hadn't even finished our beers at the dive bar on the corner.) He was professional, not creepy, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking my keys out. I live in a building with really tricky doors, and although luckily a neighbor buzzed me in downstairs, Ben was willing to try the outer doors (even though they were likely impossible.)
