I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. Great customer service! I don’t know how to thank them enough! Other companies would have made me wait at least for two hours before I could receive service. But Woodside Locksmith Service sent a technician right away when I requested it. The entire key cutting job took barely twenty minutes for Dave. Very helpful and extremely talented! So, after an ugly fallout with my fiancé, who’s now my ex, I knew I had to change the locks. I couldn’t trust my ex to be civil after all that had transpired between us. I spoke to Andrew from Woodside Locksmith Service and he was just so understanding.. He got there quickly and after taking a look at the locks he told me that the locks still had life in them and could last a few more years. Rekeying was a better option instead of throwing away the locks. And after I’d given him the go (Why would I even say no? It was gonna cost me a lot less), he got the locks rekeyed in a few minutes.
