I hired Midlothian Locksmith Services for a complete security overhaul and here’s my review: Excellent response – I wasn't put through IVR and was patched through immediately Quick arrival time – After I’d placed the call to Midlothian Locksmith Services, it took them only 10-15 minutes to get there. Job completion –Technicians seemed to know what they were doing, which enabled them to get the job done within an hour. Pricing – Extremely reasonable! In fact, they didn’t charge me anything for the assessment and only charged for the new locks and repairs. Customer satisfaction – one-hundred percent!! Will I recommend them? If you live in Midlothian, go for it – I bet you can’t find anyone better….

After I read about a break-in at a house barely three blocks away, I was shaken. It could just as easily have been my home! I wasn’t ready and I knew that with the current security infrastructure, my house would barely stand a chance against criminals. So, I called up Midlothian Locksmith Services. They were right on time and carried out the assessment in an organized manner. They’d identified plenty of weak spots, and Dave took the time to explain it all to me and advised me on what needs to be done. Without any second thought, I gave them the go-ahead! Two new locks, three fixed doors and a state-of-the-art security system later, I now feel completely secure. Thank you for doing an excellent job at an excellent price. I just can’t stop showering praises on these guys, and I’ve got plenty of reasons to do so! First, when I called in Midlothian Locksmith Services with a service request, the dispatcher was ever so polite and assured me of immediate help. I was locked out of my home, and while my stress levels were running on an all-time high, his assurance definitely helped calm me down. Second, it only took them ten minutes to get there. For a person who has previously waited for hours on end for a locksmith to arrive, this superfast response came as a pleasant shock. And then, when it comes to the service, Tony had the lock opened up in a few minutes without inflicting the slightest damage on it! Truly incredible! For all I know, Tony is the best locksmith I’ve ever come across in Midlothian, VA..... Highly-recommend them to all! AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW…

AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. Every service in world should run their company like Edwardo: COURTEOUS, COMMUNICATIVE, HONEST, MODERN, and RELIABLE. This company is a rare gem. I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Midlothian Locksmith Services who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot. The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time."
