Call it dedication or commitment, I must say, I commend East Providence Lock And Key for going out of their way to help me. My home was located at a remote corner of East Providence, RI, perhaps that’s what made it a soft target for burglars. After the break-in, there was some serious damage that needed to be fixed but there wasn’t anyone willing to go the distance and help me out – no one except for East Providence Lock And Key! I found their details online https://www.EastProvidenceLockAndKey.com! Thanks for being there for me. I owe you guys! I’ve even scheduled a full security revamp the next week, to ensure there’s no break-in at my property ever again. Keep up the good work!!!

I asked East Providence Lock And Key to come over the weekend so that my routine business was unaffected. They instantly agreed! I wanted a keyless access system to be set up but was unsure whether it would work for me! Theyguided me through it and helped me pick the right lock for each door. The card access system on the front door meant I could do away with the registers as it recorded the check-in and check-out times of employees digitally. I even had a keypad lock installed in the store room to limit access. All in all, I’m 100% satisfied with their recommendations, punctuality, quality of service and the pricing. Apart from lock change, they’ve got a full range of services listed on their site https://www.EastProvidenceLockAndKey.com. I’ve made East Providence Lock And Key my locksmith partner, and you should too!

I have used East Providence Lock And Key several times and, like their service so much that I created an account just so i could review them. These guys were very nice. They were only 10 minutes late but gave us a huge discount. Good work, nice and professional, they also did extra odd jobs around the apartment. Will definitely use again.

Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring. East Providence Lock And Key is Ace ! I would recommend them to anyone
