It took two weeks for the cheap lock I purchased at the hardware store to show it’s real worth – it had started jamming occasionally. Before it ended up locking me out, I called Flushing Locksmith Store. I’ve heard a lot about the quality products and services they offer in Flushing, NY, read the information provided in their site https://www.FlushingLocksmithStore.com and figured they’d be my best bet. Sure enough, I had a brand new Schlage lock installed at a reasonable price, a genuine one as opposed to the counterfeit I had bought at the hardware store. Thanks! Will hire them again!

Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets.
To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome!
You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Flushing Locksmith Store is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Flushing, NY company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!

Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off!
Great to work with - we'll definitely be using him for future locksmithing!"

He enquired curiously as to why I would need so many keys and I told him, how I was generally careless with them. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends.
