When my locks started acting up, I hired a guy from the hardware shop down the street. He messed with the locks for a while and to me, one thing was clear, the guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing. Sure enough, I did a little probing and found that he had zero experience. I couldn’t believe I’d let an amateur fool around and waste my time! Wish I’d just called Laurel Locksmith Store in the first place. Phenomenal services. And all the technicians have great practical experience! It took Mark minutes to fix the damage done by the other guy and get my lock working without a hitch!
Will I call them again? DEFINITELY!!! FIVE STARS! Laurel Locksmith Store is the best in Laurel, MD!!!!

It was only when I was locked out and a concerned neighbor stepped in to unlock the door with a spare key he had did I realize the huge oversight I’d made. Without wasting any more time, I called up Laurel Locksmith Store after finding great reviews online. Right from getting to my home to rekeying my locks, it all took just an hour. I couldn’t be happier with their service. The technician, Andrew, was a true gentleman and knew his job! I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Laurel Locksmith Store first, in future endeavors!
