The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!"
