I wasn’t keen on dishing out a hefty sum on the new locks and decided to enquire in a few places before hiring a locksmith. Most were unwilling to provide an upfront quote while others were being very unreasonable with the prices. I emailed [email protected] and their response caught my eye. I was getting a low price, plus a 10% discount – who would say no to that? I immediately hired Riverside Local Locksmith -and I’m so glad I did. Excellent service and a super low price! I was lost for words when the brand new lock I had installed stopped working exactly one month later. The thing was supposed to last for 3 years, according to the guy at the local hardware shop who’d sold it to me. Angry with myself and at the technician who’d sold it to me, I decided to set things right! I called Riverside Local Locksmith, after a co-worker recommended it to me. Lewis was simply marvelous! He was a fun person to interact with and provided some great advice on choosing locks. He recommended a few options and I trusted his judgment after he explained the reasons why I’d do well with a deadbolt! After the installation was complete, he assured me that the lock would last me for years. If I ever face some trouble (which is unlikely, according to Lewis), he offered to provide free service. That’s some level of confidence! Lewis seems to know his job and his locks! Well, I must say, I’m very impressed with their services and prices! Number 1 in Riverside, RI! I’m giving them a 10/10!

Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! Of all the things I didn’t approve of in my neighbor, this one decision was something that I was actually glad he made! The technician from Riverside Local Locksmith was extremely talented. He examined the lock, put forth a couple of suggestions, asked us to make a pick and installed the required lock in no time. He also provided a few tips to maintain the locks and increase their longevity even further. When the bill was handed out, the total amount barely equaled the amount I expected to pay after splitting the bill. Extremely affordable! The best in Riverside, RI! Do give them a shot!

It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it).
