These guys are great - they're going by Mesquite Locksmith Services. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. As I was driving back home, I got a call, pulled over to answer it and stepped out to speak. It was then that I realized that I hadn't taken the keys with me and was now locked out of my car.
