I called Palos Heights Locksmith Store to fix a broken garage door lock and I received excellent service. The technician, Ed, did an amazing job and was so friendly. I could tell from the way he talked about his work that he absolutely loved it. His attention to detail stunned me. There was a small patch of rust on the side of the door that he spotted and fixed up right away. If you need perfection, you won’t get it from any other locksmith in Palos Heights. I’d just moved into this new place and wanted to get my locks replaced. Without further ado, I called up Dave from Palos Heights Locksmith Store after finding the contact details on http://www.PalosHeightsLocksmithStore.com. The technician came over but wasn’t allowed to proceed with the installation. Apparently, I needed to get the right permission from the owner before I could change the locks. Dave was understanding and didn’t even charge me for the call out. I scheduled an appointment a week later. Thanks to Palos Heights Locksmith Store for equipping my apartment with top-grade locks and for the low prices! I highly recommend them to anyone in Palos Heights, IL!!!

Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work.
