It was a small, nevertheless, a highly important job that I needed done. I was leaving on a 2-week vacation and my mailbox would be left unprotected during that duration. I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. What’s my take on Darien Locksmith Store? They’re really good! And when I say good, it’s in terms of quality, response time, pricing, equipment, products offered, and everything else!!! I don’t think there’s any other firm in Darien, CT that could compete with it! First of all, this is my first ever review. The service by Darien Locksmith Store was so phenomenal that it would be a crime if I didn’t leave out a well-deserved review for them. Joe went the extra mile to make sure I regained access to my vehicle again and made not one, but two keys. And it doesn’t stop there, he even provided great info on getting a remote lock without emptying my wallet for the same. It’s reassuring to know that there’s a locksmith in Darien that isn’t trying to rip people off. Will hire again and take the advice on upgrading the lock.
