Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job.
