I had a horrible experience , Randy Carnes is very rude. When I first called I asked him very nicely how I could get my daughter's car seat and wallet from my vehicle . He informed me he would call me back. However, he did not I had to call him back. Randy hung up on me multiple times. I asked him a few questions when he finally decided to answer and not hang up. He told me he had another call coming in and I had to call back on Monday. I would recommend going up to the private facility and speak with him or someone else so you won't be hung up on. Good luck!
