I'm right there with everyone else - West Hartford Locksmith absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing. Great customer service! I don’t know how to thank them enough! Other companies would have made me wait at least for two hours before I could receive service. But West Hartford Locksmith sent a technician right away when I requested it. The entire key cutting job took barely twenty minutes for Dave. Very helpful and extremely talented! I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. West Hartford Locksmith not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. i needed a deadbolt installed on my door and Jay was very helpful in choosing the right one for me without pressuring me towards the more expensive options. I made an appointment to have it installed that day but a couple hours after the agreed upon time I called to find out what had happened. Dave was extremely apologetic and got to the bottom of the problem right away. Turns out the guy that was supposed to install it had to go to the hospital! Can't be mad at a guy that literally couldn't make it to my apt. Nevertheless Jay told to pick anytime and he would personally install it, plus 50% off to make up for the missed appointment.
