Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Loveland Locksmith Store because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved! When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows? Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. From buzzing our door to swiping the credit card on his Square reader, he was here less than 30 minutes. Working with Loveland Locksmith Store was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Loveland Locksmith Store and would definitely call them again.

If I listed out all the nightmarish experiences I’ve had with locksmiths, I could probably write a book. Right when I thought I’d never find a reliable locksmith in Loveland , OH, the guys at Loveland Locksmith Store managed to change my mind! Having lost the only key I had to my home, I was locked out! The neighbors had gone on a vacation and being new to Loveland , OH, I knew no one else whom I could ask for help. Eventually, I ended up looking online for help and found http://www.LovelandLocksmithStore.com. The firm had rave reviews online and decided to give them a try. What’s the worst that could happen? Half an hour later, I found myself on the couch, watching TV and unwinding after a long day. The superfast service of Loveland Locksmith Store had me amazed! They didn’t even charge me an absurdly high call-out fee for late night service, like others do! I can’t praise them enough… 10 on 10 for their service!!
