My recommendation DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!WOW, where do I begin. This clown sent out a technician that was unable to correctly diagnose our issue with our brand new LG refrigerator, which is fine, because all Tech's don't know everything. We were told that we would have "someone more knowledgeable about our refrigerator come out tomorrow". My wife called and left these people a message after not hearing from them at 10 am the next day. At 4 pm she asked me if I had heard from them, which I had not. After calling their office and only being able to reach a voice mail, the computer somehow connected me the owners cell phone. This guy has taken customer service to a new LOW...after not listening to a word I had to say and continually interrupting me by telling me I need to call his office, he then proceeded to brag about how many trucks of his were on the road, his years in business, etc. When I informed him that I was not interested in any of that, I was only interested in when I would see a Tech at my house to make the repair, his response was..."I don't care about your refrigerator"! Then he hung up. I would not recommend these people at all.
