Please spare yourself and pay a little more with a well known fence company. I had problems with them from the start. I had my fence installed 2 years ago and we specifically told them that we want the ugly side of the fence installed facing our property, not our neighbors. This is standard protocol and we could get in trouble if we faced the ugly side out. They installed one side of the fence with the ugly side out facing my neighbor and I stopped them as soon as I noticed. They argued with me saying they have me on recording telling them to do it that way which I knew was a lie because my wife and I absolutely told them the opposite (they never played the recording by the way.) I had to pay them $1000 more for them to fix this but it was important to us so we had no choice and they wouldn't budge. They were very nasty and disrespectful and had some anger issues. I paid $6000 for this fence and I recently noticed that one of the boards was twisted and cracked. I contacted them to come out and look at it and they told me the warranty is up and it wouldn't be covered because it was broken due to something we did but they never came to look at it or they would have seen it was bad workmanship. I never touch the fence and have only opened the gate a few times in the 2 years it has been up. We simply don't use it.
