I'm in the process of looking for rentals and receive a message from this company, but no reference for what property. I gave the person the personal info they asked for. They asked what property I was interested in. I looked through the listings and didn't see one I called for, so I asked if they had a reference for what they were calling for. The person on the other end then proceeded to become irate and rude saying, "Lady this is Google phone if your on it that's your fault" Not sure why the immediate angry response, or what they even meant, but this person was clearly unhelpful, and perhaps has an anger problem. Sounded like extreme defense for being called on not having the appropriate info available. It just got worse from there. I realized it was a simple mistake, but there was an incredible lack of helpfulness and consideration, much less even civility. Complete waste of energy. Would not recommended dealing with this company. They were incredibly passive aggressive, and also just outright rude. I asked then to stop contacting me, but they proceeded to anyway, for no real reason other than to continue being rude. Guess they don't have anything better to do. Feeling afraid now because I gave this person my driver's license info to view a rental. Who knows what they might try after this interaction. Perhaps this is just more proof of how obnoxious Californians flooding Texas real estate really are... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This company has no established Google page, maybe this is why.
