I am always worried to call home repair companies because you are at their mercy for a diagnosis. Today Custom Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. came to troubleshoot my furnace. They were so helpful and informative. They demonstrated how to change the filter and advice on cleaning the ducts (basically only have the intake cleaned, the rest is a waste of money). They were patient and thorough. I felt the price was fair. I would definitely recommend.

Just had a great scheduled visit from Custom Comfort. We love the security of just being on their yearly schedule. We get a visit, the furnace gets cleaned and filters replaces and we find out about any issues before they become problems. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. They left us an extra filter and explained how to use it. They also gave us some cool tips on how to keep our ducts at their best. Love these guys.
