WARNING! A. ARIAS FENCING. Contracted for 350 ft of Iron Fence and gates. Original owner passed away, son BRANDON ARIAS is now running the business. Not the same quality as reported here through 2022. Brandon gave me CONTRACTORS license number and advised insured and bonded. FRAUD. Fake number. Took 75% up front and did about 5% of work, SUBSTANDARD, then abandoned the job site and doesn't return calls or emails. Checks cashed at my bank within an hour of receipt. Failed repeatedly to show up at the job site. Never saw any workman, only Brandon. He put in about 7 hours total himself on job site, installed 20 posts of 70 posts required, no fence panels, no gates, no materials on property. Constant excuses as to why not showing up, crew not showing up for weeks. Supposed to set 8 ft posts in 2 feet of concrete, only set 12 inches, not stable and not up to standard specs of any fence company in County. Would not return our funds upon request. Had to report to County, State Licensing Board, Law Enforcement, etc. and take legal action. Any work done has to be ripped out and replaced and he left property damaged, cured concrete lying around, trash, etc. Horrible treatment of customers and zero customer service. He absconded with our money and left us far worse off than before he showed up. I would avoid this guy at all costs.
