I'm writing this in behalf of my Mom, Greenlink Funding tremendously helped her business in terms of getting her second location remodeled in no time. We were originally looking for a Working Capital loan but with that it takes more time and we needed the funds immediately. Luckily we received this mailer and we applied online, after a couple of minutes Joshua called us back and asked us a couple of questions with regards to my mom's income since she is 1099. Joshua along with his manager Justin understood the fact that we need the money in less than a week, or we'll just have to find another option. They worked their magic, got us thru the verification and funding call in no time with a better rate than the previous lender that we are working with. At first, We were really apprehensive specially my Mother is super traditional and we were reading some feedback, but good thing we followed our instinct and did our due diligence...Greenlink is a company that truly values their client from the application process right thru the end. We will definitely renew our loan with them.

Greenlink went above and beyond in helping me and my family get our kitchen remodeled. The process for the loan was easy and the rates are really better than expected. Me and my husband had been working hard on this project for over 2 years and we got stuck when he retired, Greenlink made it possible for us to have our dream kitchen in time for our 30th anniversary!

I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from...Christine was just god-sent to me and my family. She explained to me thoroughly why I wasn't qualified for the 5.25% rate but got me a 6.75%. Which is way better than my two American Express cards combined! She walked me thru on uploading all my documents for verification and guided me to the Funding process. What I like most about them is not only they make sure that I get my funds right on time but she called me two days after to make sure that If I need to move my draft dates I can always call her or change it in my dashboard. As a retired Navy I make sure that whoever I do business with is committed with the highest ethical standards, be it from my local cleaners to my local credit union. Coming across Greenlink was really not my cup of tea, i prefer to do business who I can shake their hands firmly and look them in the eye. I applied a loan with my bank for my youngest daughter's Wedding but the rate was higher than expected specially with me and wife's impeccable credit score. My wife told me to give it one of the advertising piece a shot and called Greenlink to see my options. Shaun, my loan processor was pleasant enough to answer all my questions, specially to a conservative guy like me who bombarded him with at least 20 questions. Still reluctant, I decided to give it a shot since they are not doing a hard inquiry for my credit report. After exactly 25 minutes I received a call and Shaun gave me a wonderful offer for 4.5% which I almost can't believe! He guided me with uploading all my documents and was again very patient with all my questions with the 10 page disclosure. Needless to say, the whole process was very easy. Shaun made it a point to display the highest quality of customer service and provided me with an exceptional rate enabling my daughter to have her dream wedding; With utmost gratitude from the whole Svaneski family. I was in a bind after I have to help my son with his college tuition fee this fall and I can't make my payment for this month so I called my underwriter and asked if I can modify the payment so as I still have something left and some wiggle room, he gave me Jake's # his manager and Jake was more than happy to help me out and moved my payment for a month without any fees. I have been working on securing a loan through your company. Recently I have been going through some financial struggles. The person I have been dealing with is a Miss Heather Oconnell. Let me start by saying Miss Oconnell has been absolutely outstanding with the customer service she has provided to me. She is meticulous in her attention to detail and clearly and patiently explained the entire process of how to take corrective action to help me with my situation/debt. She has been kind and considerate and made me feel at ease with her ability to sympathize with my situation and offer the best possible advice to help remedy my problem. She returns calls in timely manner and has an extremely knowledgeable grasp of the entire financial institution she is representing. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the way I have been dealt with by Heather and will vigorously recommend her services to all my friends and family in the near and far future.
