I was strictly against hiding spare keys under rugs or in flower pots, since I believed that it would put my home security in risk. However, when I lost my keys and was locked out of my own home, that’s when I regretted my decision. It was now 9 pm and any chances of hiring a technician from the local hardware store in Columbus were now gone. A quick web search later, I found this website https://www.ColumbusLocksmithStore.com that offered 24 hour services and decided to call them up. They turned up at my place within ten minutes. David was a fun person to talk to and he immediately put me at ease saying that it’ll only take him a few minutes to unlock the door. And sure enough, the door was unlocked within minutes and he even made me a new set of keys for free. Columbus Locksmith Store sure knows how to keep its customers happy. They’re amazing and super talented!

The technicians who arrived, Eric and John, were pros. They not only rekeyed the locks, but they also rekeyed it to a master key system and installed a safe to keep the master key secure. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.

There’s always a price to be paid in exchange for absurdly cheap services as I soon found out! After receiving an inspection notice from my insurance company, I figured that changing my locks with new ones will set the right impression. So, after a brief trip down to the hardware store, I purchased a set of new locks and had them installed myself. I was confident that I’d make it through the on-site review. It came as a shock to find out that my application got rejected. Turns out, the locks were found to be of an extremely poor quality. Couldn’t believe that my plan had backfired this way! Anyway, I decided to get things right the second time and called Columbus Locksmith Store over by dialling 614-360-9349 ! These guys are truly amazing! They got the most high-end locks installed on the property and didn’t even charge me a lot for it. Did I make it through the assessment this time? DEFINITELY! Excellent services in Columbus, OH! No more hardware store cheap stuff! It's always gonna be Columbus Locksmith Store for me from now on! Will definitely hire them again...
