The security guard had failed to turn up at the office that day and hadn’t handed out the keys to anyone. That meant, all the employees were locked out of the premises. Thankfully, I called Locksmith In Scottsdale AZ and they arrived right on time to open up the lock. If not for them, I would have had to send the employees back home and lose an entire day’s work. I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to Locksmith In Scottsdale AZ. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Locksmith In Scottsdale AZ I talked to a person in Scottsdale , AZ right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Locksmith In Scottsdale AZ has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.

One of the biggest drawbacks of hiring locksmiths is the never-ending wait time – and I hated it. I look up online tutorials to fix or install locks and avoid hiring them altogether. But when I lost my extra key and needed another copy, I was left with no choice. The hardware stores nearby didn’t know how to cut the key – it belonged to a high security lock. A local store recommended that I call Locksmith In Scottsdale AZ and so I did. Unbelievably, a technician was sent to my location in less than fifteen minutes. Dan was talented, and he really knew his stuff. He had all this high-end machinery in his van and he managed to make the key in less than 10 minutes. Worth it! And I’ve finally found a locksmith in Scottsdale , AZ that I would be comfortable hiring any time. Thanks guys!

Boy am I glad my fiance found Locksmith In Scottsdale AZ online. We just moved to Scottsdale , AZ and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Scottsdale , AZ to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.

If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. They're honest, and the feeling that you weren't put through the wringer is priceless. They even gave me a New Years gift basket. Seriously? A+++

Needed new keys to hand out to the maid and called Locksmith In Scottsdale AZ up! The dispatcher was ever so polite, asked a couple of questions and gave me price over the phone! That was great! After the job was done, a part of me felt that they were probably gonna add up absurd charges to the price they quoted over phone, but surprisingly, they didn’t! I wasn’t charged a penny more, despite the fact that I’d called them up way after regular business hours…. And that’s why, their number 602-687-1380 is going down on my contacts! Five stars for their service! Keep up the good work guys!!!
