I needed my locks replaced (turns out my neighbor had the same very same locks--imagine that!) but I have a crazy busy schedule and Techi was willing to come over late in the evening to accommodate my needs. I’d just evicted a tenant and needed the lock changed. When I called them up on 916-237-5286 and asked them to help me install a new lock I’d purchased from the nearby hardware shop, little did I expect them to get there so fast. I think the technician arrived in about ten minutes! Wow, that was super quick! Anyway, once I showed him the lock I needed installed, Eric from City Locksmith Shop told me that it wasn’t a great one and the existing one would do a better job at securing my property. I couldn’t believe it! I’d just paid $100 for it, and Eric dismissed it as something completely useless. That’s when he explained how a DIY rekeyable lock wasn’t great for security. If you could do it, anyone could do it – that’s what he said! He had a point! I planned on returning the lock. Eric suggested that I rekey the existing the lock, which I did! Thanks to Eric and his entire team at City Locksmith Shop for helping me out! You guys surely are the best in Loomis, CA!! Would I recommend them? YES!

Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Loomis, CA. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt.
