I wasn’t sure how well they’d perform, since it was the first time I was hiring Estate Locksmith Store. I needed the locks rekeyed and the usual guy I hire was out of town. Let me put it this way: If I’d known about them earlier, I would have never considered hiring anyone else. Very professional, quick, friendly and affordable! From the manner in which they handled my call to the completion of the task, I could notice perfection in it all. From now on, Estate Locksmith Store is my go-to locksmith in Tustin , CA 92782 and I bet you can’t find anyone better!

During my first 4 months of living in Tustin , CA , I found myself locked out of my railroad apartment more times than not. When calling a locksmith for rescue is as commonplace as ordering a cup of coffee, the realization does not take long: this city is crawling with locksmiths who prey on the desperation inherent to being locked out. Take it from me- keyless at 2am on the street corner in freezing cold weather is tough ground for bargaining. Mike at Estate Locksmith Store gets it. When regaling him with horror stories of my locksmiths past, he shook his head and said "that just ain't right". He seemed like a genuine guy who actually cares about fixing the problem and keeping people safe without taking advantage of the dire situation. I found Estate Locksmith Store after moving into a new place and struggling with the stickiest, moodiest lock that oftentimes refused to let me in at all. Mike accessed the situation quickly, actually explained to me what the problem was, and fixed the lock perfectly without shrinking my piggy bank! I don't usually write reviews online, but I was moved to do so because I know all too well that a good locksmith is hard to find in Tustin , CA. Mike can handle even the most persnickety of locks, but more importantly he operates an ethical business and offers reasonable flat rates and prompt arrival time. My days of calling a random locksmith from a business card slipped under my front door are over.

This place is hands down the best locksmith in Tustin , CA ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, ""We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time."" Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Estate Locksmith Store with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Tustin , CA !
