He seemed like a genuine guy who actually cares about fixing the problem and keeping people safe without taking advantage of the dire situation. When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, ""We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time."" Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Estate Locksmith Store with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Tustin , CA !

Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Estate Locksmith Store. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.

They are, courteous, professional and honest (yes, I said HONEST) and did't take advantage of someone because they were in a vulnerable position. PHENOMENAL!!! I just don’t think there’s another word that befits the description of what Estate Locksmith Store is all about! Don’t know which is better, their services or the low rates at which they offer them.. My daughter ended up locking herself out of our home (for the umpteenth time) only last week. As usual, I asked her to wait it out at her aunt’s by the time the guy I usually called got there. Despite waiting for two hours, he wasn’t there. After endless follow-up calls he flatly told me that he couldn’t make it cos he was on the other side of the town. Infuriated beyond words, I looked online and found Estate Locksmith Store. These guys had amazing reviews and decided to give them a try. Within ten minutes, someone from Estate Locksmith Store reached the place and my daughter was back inside in no time. And the best part was the price!!! I was charged half of what I’m usually charged by other locksmiths. David even suggested installing a smartphone operated smart lock owing to the remarkable track record my daughter had when it came to losing keys!
