I just bought a new house and wanted to change the locks before I moved my stuff in. My new neighbor suggested I call Locksmith Master Store. Great service from these guys! I needed new deadbolts and Eric believed I’d do well to get a Mul-T-Lock installed. He even offered me a great deal on it. I needed something that would match the color of the rest of the locks. . I feared that I’d have to wait for weeks for a custom order in the specific color to arrive. Thankfully, Eric had a huge collection in his van and I found the match in no time. Great service! After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy. If it were not for you guys I wouldn’t have made it. My lock got jammed and I was locked outside. The worst part was that I had to catch a flight in 2 hours. When I read on their website http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com that they could get transponder keys made as well, I seriously doubted it. Didn’t really a think a locksmith could get it done, but to my surprise, Eric managed to make a new transponder key that worked flawlessly! What’s more, he got the job done at a much lesser price and handed out the new keys in under an hour. The last time I got a replacement from a car dealer, it cost me a whopping $300 and I had to wait over a week for the keys. Thanks to Eric from Locksmith Master Store, I now have found a cheaper, better option! I even called these guys over for a security assessment of my home the following week.
