Aqua Locksmith Store was great! I called him in the morning and he was able to come to our location the same day to help us. We have had a broken door knob for months and a terrible Super that keeps "fixing" it. After my fifth time that the doorknob fell out, I decided to contact Danny after all his great reviews online. And he lived up to them all! Upon calling him, he asked me to send him a picture of the doorknob, explaining that many of the doorknobs in Berkeley, CA are old and he may not have the right parts for them (very true). He advised me that if he didn't think he could fix it he would refer us to someone else in the area. I found this to be very honest and helpful. Luckily, he was able to help us! Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog.
