I called Elite Locksmith Services and asked them if I could come over to their shop to get keys made, however, the dispatcher was gracious enough to insist on providing onsite help. A technician stopped by my place within ten minutes and made keys out of the mobile workshop. Within minutes I had the finished key and it worked seamlessly in my locks. I expected the final bill to carry an extra charge for the onsite service they provided, but it didn’t. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Elite Locksmith Services to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! I think the guy I had was Dave from Elite Locksmith Services he was great! Very quick and very professional. He was also very flexible with timing when I kept changing my schedule around. I had him install a chain lock for me and I already had the lock he just had to drill it in. Good price as well, so many other companies tried to rip me off for this simple job. Definitely will use again!!!

FANTASTIC LOCKSMITH SERVICE AND PRICES!! We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. We were left with a $140 bill and a busted lock! We called Elite Locksmith Services to come fix it at 10:30 PM. They were here in 17 minutes, fixed the lock and hardly charged us anything. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work.
