Being locked out of my home, I called a nearby locksmith store that was barely five blocks away and was left waiting for nearly two hours before finally conceding defeat and looking for other options! There were a couple of locksmiths listed on the web, but there was no way I could know if they would help me out. I just moved into a new apartment and needed a new lock. I called Aqua Locksmith Store on saturday and tech came by Sunday morning. He did the job fast and was courteous and professional. He even threw in a few extra parts that I need for my lock free of charge. Thanks David!

I’ve always believed in giving credit where it’s due and hence am taking this time out to write a review for Aqua Locksmith Store! Best service ever – and the prices are just even better! I’m not from Farmington, UT and when I locked my keys in the car, I had no idea whom to call or what to do. After a quick online search I found great reviews for Aqua Locksmith Store and called up 801-658-6911. After a brief conversation with the rep, I waited for a mere ten minutes for the technician to arrive. Mark was a complete professional and fun person to talk to! He unlocked my car in seconds and retrieved the keys… Thank you Mark for helping me out in a tough situation! Hopefully, I won’t end up doing the same again, but if I ever need a locksmith again, it’s always gonna be Mark and his team from Aqua Locksmith Store!!!

I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. Talk about quick and responsive service - Aqua Locksmith Store is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price. If you have any lock and key issues in Farmington, UT and surrounding localities, Thomas is your man! You won’t regret it! They’re number 1!

The tech that arrive from Aqua Locksmith Store was friendly, professional and super fast. He was on time and came prepared with 2 different types of locks for me to choose based on our needs and budget. He answered all my questions and finished installing a deadbolt lock in less than 15 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. Would absolutely use Aqua Locksmith Store again. Excellent service.

I didn’t like the idea of coughing up $200 to get my lock replaced as quoted by the hardware shop near my place. For second opinion, I looked online and found http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. I called them up and stated my requirements. Surprisingly, they listened in on what I needed and gave me a low price over the phone. I was still skeptical – I was quite aware of how locksmiths trick people into believing that they’re getting the best but add on absurd charges in the final bill! When Gary was done with the replacement and handed out the bill. I wasn’t even charged a dime more from the quoted price. That’s unbelievable! Wish other locksmiths learn from Aqua Locksmith Store!
