I’d upgraded the doors to my place, and all that needed an upgrade now were the locks. Being quite keen on acquiring a lock that blended with the customized door, I sent pictures of it to a few locksmiths who didn’t have a lock that would fit my needs. After being locked out of my vehicle, and being unable to call anyone because I’d locked the phone inside as well. Thankfully, I had a wifi connection and my tablet stashed away in my bag. Emailed a couple of firms, Gold Locksmith Store among them! Barely 5 minutes had passed since I sent an email to [email protected] that I received a response. Despite no feasible means of easy communication, they managed to help me out.

Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Gold Locksmith Store because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved! When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows? Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. From buzzing our door to swiping the credit card on his Square reader, he was here less than 30 minutes. Working with Gold Locksmith Store was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Gold Locksmith Store and would definitely call them again.
