tried to locate their office and google cant find their address, their own map shows their office by sleeping bear dunes in the middle of the national forest...right on this page...all phone numbers are not set up to take messages and they never answer...at least if you've given them money they dont answer.. found their address in royal oak and the building is up for lease. looks like a scam operation and I got took. does not answer his phone or emails.

John Floyd from Nationwide provided very low quote for our basement remodel in Grand Blanc. We eagerly accepted although we could not find much about the company online. We provided $5750 deposit. We were originally told that they had a crew available immediately. After a month later and day after day excuses, we ended up with 8 hours of work using our existing materials and 40 pcs of drywall not needed until later taking up our garage space. I requested that Nationwide give me my deposit back and although John has accepted, I am once again given excuses why we do not have the check. Please be careful when determining which contractor to use. Make sure they truly have a physical presence with their company name (I could not find for Nationwide any sign at their location). Additionally, there is not much information about the company but if they do not have a license, you should be cautious. Also, the sub contractors used by Nationwide at our house did not have a license and did not have their own insurance. If it sounds too good to be true...it is.

We had to wait because of weather for cement work. The good thing was it was done correct and looks amazing. Good design and ideas by the sales person. Very knowledgeable.
