Paul was on the phone for at least 30 min asking me questions and getting me to try a bunch of different things in order to avoid a service call. Mike was very prompt, efficient, and courteous. Found City Locksmith Shop online because of their rave reviews, loved that they displayed prices online, and after writing then about setting up an appointment, Jerry replied almost immediately and we set up an appointment for the next day. Jerry showed up on time actually 3 min early and went to work. Apparently my door has some issues because it is crooked but Jerry made it work and reassured me that it was still super safe. Price was exactly what was displayed online so there were no surprises. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, City Locksmith Shop are the BEST in Pennsauken, NJ !!!!

Very pleased with my experience with City Locksmith Shop. The phone was answered promptly and courteously. They were able to be at my house within a few hours, solved the problem, educated me about how to work and maintain my slightly unusual locks, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Locksmiths are perfectly positioned to gouge their often desperate and in-a-bind customers, but City Locksmith Shop didn't take the slightest advantage of that fact. What's not to like? We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). Because of our mistake, we missed one of our doors and had to call Mike back out on a separate appointment. He was very accommodating and just as professional as before. We couldn't ask for more. I lockout of my house City Locksmith Shop was there on time and was able to open the door in about ten minutes without having to use a drill. His fee was the flat rate of $79 as quoted on the phone. Given the prompt and professional service, I was impressed and will likely use them again to fix a deadbolt lock that needs to be remounted.

I usually don't write reviews but I guess I'l start now. I happened to lock myself out of my condo without my keys in my bag. I called City Locksmith Shop after reading good reviews and by all means, they quoted me a set price and told me the driver would show up within 40 minutes. Sure enough they showed up (okay 45 minutes) and I got in to my place in 10 minutes. Will Definitely recommend City Locksmith Shop.
