I dreaded finding a locksmith to install a deadbolt on my new apartment until I found Locksmith Master Shop online yesterday afternoon, with glowing Online reviews and a modern web presence. He completely lived up to his positive reputation, and I will recommend him to everyone I know, and keep his number in my cell phone in case I'm ever locked out at 4am. Mike was available to come to Pacoima, CA within hours of my call, and promptly e-mailed me a Paypal invoice for the price of the deadbolt as advertised on his website. He arrived at the scheduled time, and had the deadbolt installed within minutes. I can't recommend him highly enough, especially compared to every other shady locksmith I've encountered in the city.

Boy am I glad my fiance found Locksmith Master Shop online. We just moved to Pacoima, CA and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Pacoima, CA to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.

Called Locksmith Master Shop to have my deadbolt changed. 15 minutes later, Mike, a friendly, honest, and helpful guy arrived at my door. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed. If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. They're honest, and the feeling that you weren't put through the wringer is priceless. They even gave me a New Years gift basket. Seriously? A+++

Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Locksmith Master Shop is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Pacoima, CA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended! Locksmith Master Shop is the company to call to.

I can't recommend this guy enough. Locksmith Master Shop The best in Pacoima, CA. Tom is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation (and sometimes without even prompting) to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.
