M&M plumbing is one of the most corrupt small business I've ever seen. Only one person in the company of about 8 workers is a licensed and certified plumber, that person would just so happen to be the owner Michael McIntyre. Mr. McIntyre dose not do background checks on his employees , he has convicted felons and convicted sexual predators roaming around customer's homes with the customer's kids present sometimes, sometimes the kids are home alone when m&m arrives with its team of convicts. Michael McIntyre has been participating in tax fraud for many years now, he dose not offer or provid1099 forms. he is known to pay cash to all of his employees, if he decides he wants to pay and them on time. The compay is always grotestly late on completeing project's, the workers sexually harass females around the job site they are working on, either a shopping mall or a privet home. There is no leadership at all. M&M plumbing cuts corners on jobs at an alarming rate. OSHA would shut m&m down immediately if they did an inspection. The department of labor would shut m&m down if they caught wind of the business practices. The irs would have a a field day on m&m plumbing. Everyone employed by m&m with the exception of Michael McIntyre and david Nichols have little to no experience in the plumbing field. When I say little to no experience in talking 7 months or less .
