Moving into a new apartment always seems to be such a feat, but Gallery Locksmith Store made it more than simple. Tech arrived ahead of schedule and with everything I needed. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work. Oh my god, these guys are great. I've lived in Inglewood , CA for 11 years and have had some horrendous experiences with locksmiths. These guys are totally professional and truly good people. It's a flat rate, Yader showed up perfectly on time and changing the lock took him 2 seconds. I'd highly highly recommend this service. If anything, it'll give you a little more faith in the world.

FANTASTIC LOCKSMITH SERVICE AND PRICES!! We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy.
