This place is hands down the best locksmith in Brisbane , CA ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Master Locksmith Store with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Master Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! I literally have nothing bad to say about these Master Locksmith Store. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Brisbane , CA and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Master Locksmith Store website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

Is it weird I almost want to get locked out again so I can call Lockbusters? Yeah, my experience was that great. After coming home at 2am beers may or may not have been involved, I soon realized that a lock on my door that I didn't have a key for had decided it didn't like being taped down, and chose to unlock itself at that very inopportune moment. That next morning, kicking the door in with my boots, attacking it with pink screwdrivers and attempting to scale the fire escape all failed. Defeated, I looked up a lock smith online to come rescue me. I called Master Locksmith Store and reqwest a service the tech called me right back, told me he would be there in 20 minutes. He was at my apartment right on the dot and busted my door open in literally less than 2 min. I was sorta embarrassed at how easily he did it though he assured me the lock had definitely flipped. For a little extra he sorted me out with a new lock and keys in less than 3 minutes and also fixed my sticky door knob. 5 minutes TOTAL I was back in my apartment with my feet up and had also gotten to check off a niggly to-do off my apartment repair list. OMFG... thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! literally turned what could have been a mini meltdown and a horrible day into sunshine and butterflies. The guy who came to help me out from Master Locksmith Store only left me waiting like 20 minutes even though when I called he was on the UES. He was so nice and popped the door open in a jiffy for a flat rate of... wait for it... 49 bucks. that's kind of amazing. he even fixed my door so that I never automatically get locked out again. Huzzah!!!

My son lost his car key and called me for help in 1AM. I was really scared for him being outside in the middle of the street locked out. Dave from Master Locksmith Store is an honest man in a mostly dishonest business. I asked him to help my mom out with the deadbolt on her door. He went out to Brisbane , CA without issue. I initially was expecting him to install a Medco lock with a new deadbolt but when he arrived he decided that all that was needed was some adjustments and he only charged us for service. He could have tricked my mom but he was honest and reliable. He actually arrived early. EARLY?!? How great is that? Dave, you are the man!!! Thank You.
