Amazing service! The technicians from Master Lock & Key Store sure know how to do their job right. Fixed the damaged door in a trice and even oiled the lockset for free. I found them through their website https://www.Cypress.Master-Lock-Key-Store.com after the regular locksmith I hired had bailed on me. I literally have nothing bad to say about these Master Lock & Key Store. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Cypress, CA and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Master Lock & Key Store website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Master Lock & Key Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Thanks Guys!

5 stars for sure! I wasn’t new to getting locked out of my home. The first time around, I’d been slapped with a huge bill by the locksmith I hired and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. So, I called a couple of locksmiths for price quotes but they said things like, “Can’t tell the cost until we get there and take a look at the lock”, “Depends on the neighborhood you’re in”. James from Master Lock & Key Store reached out to me with a rough estimate that seemed quite reasonable to me. He reached my home in Cypress, CA within ten minutes AND he lowered the original price after taking a look at the lock. James is awesome! He literally unlocked my door in like two minutes without causing any damage. And that’s why for all my future requirements, I’m saving James’ number 714-824-4161 and calling him up again.

The locksmith I regularly hired went MIA and I had an emergency where I needed someone to fix the faulty keypad. The building manager suggested that I call Master Lock & Key Store. I’ve heard about them but had never called them over. So, when Jones from Master Lock & Key Store got there within twenty minutes, I was surprised. The locksmith I was associated with earlier took a minimum of an hour to make an onsite visit. And once Jones got down to work, there was no doubt about it- he was a pro! Within minutes, he’d narrowed down the problem to a short in the circuitry and managed to fix the issue. The prices are the best you can get and with level of service you get, I think it’s an amazing bargain! I strongly encourage that you opt for Master Lock & Key Store! They’re hands down the best firm in Cypress, CA. Give them a call on 714-824-4161, and do let them know my review sent you to them!!!

The service is top notch & that's what what matters the most. I will recommend Master Lock & Key Store to anyone and everyone. Dan has a wide range of locks and will explain the differences in price points and features -- it's up to you to pick the one you want. I ended up with the deadbolt for the simple fact that I can take it with me.

Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Master Lock & Key Store is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Cypress, CA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended! Master Lock & Key Store is the company to call to.
