I didn’t have a prior appointment, yet they managed to arrange for a technician visit within half an hour. I’m very impressed. Fixed the lock and John even gave away free tips on lock maintenance. Fantastic experience with Central Lock Key Store. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

Last Saturday I had a appointment with Central Lock Key Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. He explained the bill to me which was just as expected. He was efficient and got the job done right! Would use them again in a heartbeat! The best Locksmith Company in Newark, NJ

These guys are great - they're going by Central Lock Key Store. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option.
