Metro Master Locksmith sure knows how to treat its customers! After placing the call, it took them barely 15 minutes to send a technician over to my place. They were quick with the job, and cleaned up any mess made thereafter. Also, the final bill provided was lower than the initial price quoted over the phone, which came as a complete surprise, considering how most locksmiths find ways to overcharge customers. I appreciate the honest work these guys are doing! Do I recommend them? YES, they’re the best in New Haven , CT. Don’t take my word for it, try them out and you’ll know!

Edwardo was fantastic. He was courteous, skilled and professional. He confirmed our appointment ahead of time, arrived on time, did the job quickly and well. We especially liked that he emailed us a receipt immediately. Edwardo also gave us valuable advice on fixing our old broken doorknob (which wasn't included in the job). He quoted us a fair price and stuck to it. He even offered to clean up some loose paint before he left, unheard of in this city! Our previous experience with locksmiths was not so good, but Edwardo gives this business a good image. We will definitely call Metro Master Locksmith again for your locksmith needs.

Swift and quality work! Dave from Metro Master Locksmith rekeyed a total of eight locks in less than an hour and handed over the new set of keys. What’s more, Dave agreed to work after all the employees had left so that my business would not be interrupted. Considerate locksmiths who truly value customer satisfaction! From a one-time customer, I’m sure they’ve now earned themselves a recurring one, since I’ll be calling them for all locksmithing needs in the near future. FIVE STARS!
