I was on the lookout for a genuine locksmith who could help me setup locks in my new property. The construction was nearing completion and I needed the perfect strategy to ensure complete security. Based on everything I’d read about Expert Locksmith Services, I decided to give them a call. I had nothing to lose. After all, they claimed to provide free security consultations and if I didn’t like their work, I could back out. Turns out, there was no reason to not like their work. Came on time, and came fully equipped with everything needed for the job. They viewed the entire plan of the property and then formed a comprehensive strategy. I was really impressed and gave them the nod without further ado. Plus, I got a really good bargain on the new locks. Thanks guys for doing an excellent job!

I was on the lookout for a genuine locksmith who could help me setup locks in my new property. The construction was nearing completion and I needed the perfect strategy to ensure complete security. Based on everything I’d read about Expert Locksmith Services, I decided to give them a call. I had nothing to lose. Expert Locksmith Services sure knows how to treat its customers! After placing the call, it took them barely 15 minutes to send a technician over to my place. They were quick with the job, and cleaned up any mess made thereafter. Also, the final bill provided was lower than the initial price quoted over the phone, which came as a complete surprise, considering how most locksmiths find ways to overcharge customers. I appreciate the honest work these guys are doing! Do I recommend them? YES, they’re the best in Annandale, VA.

These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Expert Locksmith Services who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot.
The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time.

Good job guys! The lock looks as good as new and works seamlessly. Unlike a few other firms I’d made enquiries to, Expert Locksmith Services was the only firm that said they could fix the lock, instead of replacing it. Mind you, I saved a significant sum of money due to it. I highly recommend them to all in Annandale, VA. These guys are up for any challenge you throw at them. FIVE STARS! Will definitely hire again!

Here goes my first ever negativity-free review: Expert Locksmith Services was nothing short of perfect, and being the insane critic that I am, it stumped me when I came to realize that Expert Locksmith Services just didn’t have any flaws. Right from the rep who answered my call to the guy, David, who came over to get copy keys made, these guys were complete professionals. He came with a full set of tools and had a wide range of key blanks loaded up in his van. It only took him fifteen minutes to get the job done…

A hectic day at work later, I found myself confronting a stubborn lock that refused to unlock. The years of persistent usage had finally started to show. The worst part was that it was now half past ten and any chances of seeking help from a locksmith were slim. Thankfully, my neighbor who witnessed the entire event passed on this number 703-570-4214 to me. I called them up and was immediately connected with a friendly dispatcher who assured to send help within fifteen minutes. Sure enough, a van from Expert Locksmith Services pulled up on the driveway well ahead of the estimated time. Eric unlocked the door and managed to fix the troublesome lock in no time. He advised me against using the lock for long, since it was way past its life cycle and needed a replacement.
I’m calling Eric the next week to get that lock replaced and am meanwhile writing this review to let everyone know just how awesome the team at Expert Locksmith Services is! I highly recommend them to all in Annandale, VA 22003..
