I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Father Son Locksmith Shop. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.

Wow, just wow. Had to update this - a couple nights after Mike fixed the cylinder lock, I had trouble getting in (turns out my door and inside lock needed to be replaced). I called Mike to see if he could assist. I was eventually able to get myself in, but Mike still insisted on coming by to see if there was any further adjustments he could make. He eventually replaced the entire inside lock with a spare (which he didnt' have to do), made some adjustments to how the lock hits my door frame and didn't charge me anything for his time in doing this. Let me stress that Mike had already fixed the cylinder lock the first time; this extra work was his awesome and generous service in full effect. I cannot remember the last time I had service this great. Father Son Locksmith Shop is the BEST Locksmith Company in Inglewood , CA!!!!

There’s always a price to be paid in exchange for absurdly cheap services as I soon found out! After receiving an inspection notice from my insurance company, I figured that changing my locks with new ones will set the right impression. So, after a brief trip down to the hardware store, I purchased a set of new locks and had them installed myself. I was confident that I’d make it through the on-site review. It came as a shock to find out that my application got rejected. Turns out, the locks were found to be of an extremely poor quality. Couldn’t believe that my plan had backfired this way! Being a single parent wasn’t easy. I had to juggle between work, household chores and take care of my 2-year old son. To make things easier, I hired a babysitter to look after Rob while I was away.
