I was very impressed by the operations at Caretta. Their Business Model, Business Training and Detailing Products are unmatched in the industry. I asked about the complaints on the internet and they explained that they screen candidates for their Independent Dealers and there are those that do not qualify vent their anger on reviews and unfortunately misguide the viewers. They have no Independent Dealer or Detail Customer poor reviews and that's what is important. Yes I highly recommend this company. Jake

I applied to this car detailing job on Indeed. I was contacted by one of there representatives to set up a in person interview but didn't gave much detail about the job. I drove 74 miles to get to his office because his company didn't have any offices near my location. I got there for a supposed interview but in reality it is a proposal to start your own car detailing business. He tries to lure you into his business by showing you his brought car detailing portfolio. The products are very good however the owner has a very aggressive temperament. He insults you, denigrates you, and judges you in any negative way. After he harrassed you, he still as the nerve to ask you to join his business or become a worker for one of his partner dealers. He asked you for $ 1,900 to $ 2,900 (includes a detailing buffer, caretta products, and a certified training) to start your car detailing business. If you do not have that money he immediately gets angry and basically demands you to choose the other proposal to work with one of his partner dealers. Be careful, if you decide to work for him he will make you sign a no-competition agreement. Supposedly is to prevent the worker from stealing the customers of the business owner. In this tricky agreement you would be forfeiting the chance to become a independent car detailing owner for 7 years if you resign has a car detailed worker (you will not be able to buy any of their Caretta products).
