After searching Facebook, I saw tons of great reviews about Stover's. I'm newer to this area and was looking for someone honest, who I could trust to fix my truck. I asked Roger multiple times if my truck was something he was comfortable with working on, he said yes and send it his way. I was in a time crunch, he said if I had it to him on a Monday, he'd have it ready on Thursday. Get the truck dropped off on Sunday evening via tow truck (thought it was a rear main seal issue) and get a call on Monday, with a higher quote bc he said he didn't realize the model truck I had (after I already asked if he was comfortable with performing the work. I agreed to the price. I get another call Tuesday saying my fuel injector is out, agreed to the additional $500 and he said it would be ready Monday. I had faith in his word. Contacted him Monday to find out the part hadn't arrived and he could possibly get it from a GM dealer but it would cost more and no lead time due to GM strike. I panic and start looking for the part. After a few hours, I found it and had it mailed to him next day. When I contact him the day after the part is delivered, he asked me to call him I told him I'd call him on my lunch break, no answer. THIS is when I got fed up, I called 3 times, my husband called him twice, started at 2:30pm on a WEDNESDAY. No contact. I texted him Thursday morning asking for an update on my truck. He gets his "mechanic" to call my husband and let him know we now have a cracked piston. I call Roger, let him know to stop the work and I will tow the truck away from his property. The mechanic let my husband know that the rear main seal that they repaired is leaking again due to the testing of the fuel injector. Roger acted like he was doing me a favor for only charging me $1500. When I questioned Roger for the comment about the issue with the seal they replaced, he said that my husbands word was "junk". When I asked if any diagnostics were done other than what we said we THOUGHT the issue was, he said no. They went off what we said and verified by looking at it. I'm out over a week and a half of essential time and $1500. Save yourself some time; learn from my mistake with this.

I visited this location today to have a nail puncture to one of my truck tires plugged. I was seen immediately and treated with complete kindness and respect by the staff. The staff were, unequivocally, courteous, professional, and knowledgable, and executed the necessary repair in under five minutes. I was charged only $5 USD for this. I highly recommend this business, their staff, and their services. I was very pleased with my visit this morning.
