I didn’t have a prior appointment, yet they managed to arrange for a technician visit within half an hour. I’m very impressed. Fixed the lock and John even gave away free tips on lock maintenance. You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Parker Locksmith Store. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.

This place is hands down the best locksmith in Audubon , NJ ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Parker Locksmith Store with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Audubon , NJ !

Never thought I could feel strongly about what locksmith to use. But after having experienced the laid back, cool, efficient professionalism of Tom at Parker Locksmith Store , I can't imagine using anyone else. He seems to always answer the phone and be available. And he was prompt and reliable about showing up and coming equipped with all the supplies he needed without knowing much about my particular situation. Payment was easy too - he takes credit cards.
