(MAESA) is an ISO/TS 16949 certified custom rubber compounders with more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. MAESA has served other sectors such as the pharmaceutical, oil, construction, marine and footwear segments. MAESA manufactures black and color compounds using polymers such as NR, EPDM, SBR, NBR, HNBR, ACM, FKM, AEM, IIR, CR, CSM, CM, VMQ, ECO and Silicone. MAESA has a competitive advantage derived from owning a natural rubber plantation in Mexico and its partnership with a distribution company for raw material. MAESA has the capacity of 36,000 tons per year using specialized equipment such as Banburies, Calander, Extruder and Strips machines.
