Lock & Key Store sure knows how to treat its customers! After placing the call, it took them barely 15 minutes to send a technician over to my place. They were quick with the job, and cleaned up any mess made thereafter. Also, the final bill provided was lower than the initial price quoted over the phone, which came as a complete surprise, considering how most locksmiths find ways to overcharge customers. I appreciate the honest work these guys are doing! Do I recommend them? YES, they’re the best in Springfield, VA. Don’t take my word for it, try them out and you’ll know!

Recently moved into new digs and needed my locks changed. Was hard not to go with these guys given the rave reviews. I called Lock & Key Store , Gorge picked up, went over my options high security lock for $149 and cylinder change for $79. Seemed reasonable so made an appointment for the next morning. Guy showed up and he handed me his card when he arrived to verify who he was with. Changed my locks within a half hour and was very friendly and answered all my questions. With the extra set of keys and paying in cash, came out to about $250. Felt the service was good, and more importantly, it was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others! I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed by the service I figured I had to share. Found Lock & Key Store online because of their rave reviews, loved that they displayed prices online, and after writing then about setting up an appointment, Jerry replied almost immediately and we set up an appointment for the next day. Jerry showed up on time actually 3 min early and went to work. Apparently my door has some issues because it is crooked but Jerry made it work and reassured me that it was still super safe. Price was exactly what was displayed online so there were no surprises. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, Lock & Key Store are the BEST in Springfield, VA !!!!

Bottom line: Henry is a top-notch locksmith who was polite, timely, and highly knowledgeable Locksmith Company. From the first phone inquiry to the professional completion of the lock change, the service was impeccable and the price was right. We have hired his Locksmith Company twice now and I cannot more confidently recommend a locksmith for both residential and commercial properties. The first time we requested services from Lock & Key Store was when we moved into our new apartment the previous tenant moved out and didn't leave the deadbolt key, thanks. Moderate Google searching, Lock & Key Store simple and clear website, and a quick phone call with Danny confirmed that he was by far the most promising of all the locksmiths in the <City & State> area. Danny arrived at our apartment early the next day and confirmed that we didn't need a top lock change - a cylinder change was sufficient enough and saved us over $50. After our business was broken into a couple weeks ago, I immediately recommended Lock & Key Store to our office manager. His professionalism was as good as I remembered it: He was at our office within a couple hours and quickly had all the locks changed out at the prices quoted on his website, which were - again - by far better than any competitor. Our office manager, even in her chaotic state, was so impressed with his friendliness that she sent his contact information around the entire office.

i needed a deadbolt installed on my door and Jay was very helpful in choosing the right one for me without pressuring me towards the more expensive options. I made an appointment to have it installed that day but a couple hours after the agreed upon time I called to find out what had happened. Dave was extremely apologetic and got to the bottom of the problem right away. Turns out the guy that was supposed to install it had to go to the hospital! Can't be mad at a guy that literally couldn't make it to my apt. Nevertheless Jay told to pick anytime and he would personally install it, plus 50% off to make up for the missed appointment.
