"Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Mike did a great job and even gave us a discount on it! hopefully i wont ever get locked out, but if i do, or need anything from a locksmith, i'll be sure to call Master Lock & Key Store !"

Best customer service experience I have had in Plainfield, NJ. There was an error in communication for my appointment but Dave made sure that I still received my lock installation as soon as possible. He also noticed a poor installation of the lock with missing screws by my landlord and made sure to correct the issue and replace the screws. It is comforting to know that you can receive good customer service in this Plainfield, NJ especially when it comes to a situation as important as your safety regarding your locks.
