On the day of my appointment Shon had gotten "stuck" on an earlier job which would make him late for our appointment. Shon was was very mindful and reached out to me about an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he was running late and we then rescheduled for later that evening. I truly appreciated this as it allowed me to do other things than just sit around and wait all day for him. When Shon did arrive later that evening he again apologized for the delay and got straight to work. Both times there were issues with the instal (very old building) but he stuck to his quote and was quick, tidy and friendly. It seems like the city is filled with swindlers in the locksmith dept.
