Thanks a million for saving me from a disaster! My baggage was locked in the trunk and I had to be at the airport in another hour. I would have missed an important trip, if not for the timely help provided by Lock & Key Shop. Managed to unlock the jammed trunk without any damage and also fixed the lock. If you ask me, they’re the best locksmiths in Valencia , CA..

Every other house in the neighborhood had these ultra-modern high-tech locks on their doors – that is, every other house, except for mine! I wanted one too and called Lock & Key Shop to discuss the options, but Gary talked me out of it! He gave me all the reasons why such a lock was completely wrong for me…And yes, after he was done, I did agree with him.. I barely knew how to operate a smartphone and the stuff I did know I learnt from my grandson. I’m sticking to my trusty deadbolts! Thanks to Lock & Key Shop for providing great advice!!! Lock & Key Shop is perhaps the only firm in Valencia , CA that doesn’t try to rip off customers. They’re genuine, honest and reliable! I know this because I’ve been associated with them for 8 long years! Recommend them to all!

Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring. Lock & Key Shop is Ace ! I would recommend them to anyone in the City - 661-745-3276.
